3 Meal Planning Strategies

Losing weight is not just about exercise – you have to eat right too, and the meal planning strategies video below will help you get started.

You need to clean out your cupboards and replace that bad food you were eating with whole, natural foods. Include proteins, fruits, vegetables, etc

Plan your meals in advance. This will help you to stay on track.

Take up healthy habits. This isn’t a "diet" because diets don’t work and they never have. You need to change your way of eating!

Sure you will have to eat mostly healthy foods from now on, but having the occasional treat is ok too, so you’re not going to feel like you’re missing out!

If it all seems too much, take baby steps and replace one meal per day with healthy, whole foods. Eventually it becomes a habit!
