The end of week 3 of the Fit Yummy Mummy program

Well I’ve survived week 3 and thought I’d post about my progress.

I have been really good with the exercise, doing 15 minutes of intervals and 15 minutes of resistance exercise, 3 times a week.  I’ve not been so good with food the last 3 days, but I can still see results!

My arms and my legs are a lot more defined compared to what they were a few weeks ago, which is great!

After seeing the results from the Fit Yummy Mummy 12 Week Transformation Challenge, I am pretty excited because after seeing the amazing results the girls achieved, I KNOW I can definitely do this!
