I’ve had a pretty slack week this week. I’ve had a couple of days where I ate “bad” food and I haven’t exercised since Saturday or Sunday.
So what I have decided to do is possibly join the 12 Week Fit Yummy Mummy Transformation Challenge, and I’ll start from Week 5, even though I’ve already done week 5.
This way, I’ll be able to do an entire 12 weeks of the FYM program (it has 12 weeks plus a bonus 4 weeks of exercise routines), and by the end I should be looking great in time for my sister in-law’s wedding! Yay!
Needless to say, I am still a LOT more energetic than I was when I started the program and for me, that’s by far the best thing about it. No longer does getting up at 5am kill me – and it’s winter!! Even my mindset is more positive. It’s great!
