My weight loss journey – Day 1
Ok, I’m starting from today because I wasted yesterday (I ate KFC for dinner!). Today I’ve been good and I’m about to get hubby to take a sexy “before” shot of me so we can follow my weight loss progress.
Here’s what I ate today:
Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal (yes, it’s that porridge again!)
Morning tea: Hard boiled egg and a mandarin
Lunch: Chicken and avocado wrap with lite cheese and tomato
Afternoon tea: 2 Salada biscuits with tomato
Dinner: 1 lean beef hamburger pattie (Hubby forgot to defrost the steak) with baby spinach, grated carrot, tomato and corn.
After dinner: I would have had a protein shake but we’re almost out of protein and because hubby is competing in a body building competition in September, I feel he won’t be too impressed if I take the last of it! Hopefully it’ll arrive tomorrow. In the meantime, I’ll just have a glass of lite milk.
I’m not sure if I’m happy about posting my “before” photo on here yet, so we’ll see…!
As for the exercise aspect of what I am going to do, I’m still reading the Truth About Abs information, so I’ll post an update once I’ve worked it out for myself!
