Intervals

I was supposed to do intervals yesterday (because I didn’t get to do them the other night while I did Workout B), but I’ve got this terrible head cold.  Funny thing is, I am absolutely itching to do them, even though I feel like cr*p!

This is soooo unlike me because while I like to stay active, I’m never “itching” to exercise like this!  I suppose it’s because I’m only doing 15 minutes at a time, which is really nothing when you think about it.  I can usually do my resistance training in the lounge room while my daughter watches TV.  She sometimes hops onto my tummy and I try to do some of the exercises while I hold onto her! 

I am still really enjoying the Fit Yummy Mummy Program and the other day (after only 2 weeks!) I was able to fit into an old skirt that had been too tight before.  Mind you, by the end of the day it was a little more snug compared to the morning, but I’m happy I was able to get into it in the first place!

After week 4 I will post my measurements and hopefully I will have started to see a difference!
