Fit Yummy Mummy Progress – How I am going

I am at the end of week one of the Fit Yummy Mummy program and I can honestly say I feel fabulous!

I have more energy, I am enjoying the workouts and I’m no longer feeling hungry all day.  In fact, I sometimes have to remind myself it’s time to eat! 

Today I attempted the second introductory workout and phew!  It definitely gave me a workout all right!  I even did 15 minutes of interval training without a break.  I felt like I wanted to collapse afterwards, but I did it!  Getting up in the morning even seems easier these days – and it’s only a week since I started!  Imagine what things will be like after a month!

I spent today browsing through the Club FYM site today and there were several blog posts which had before and after photos of some of the members.  Some of these women have done amazing things!  It gives me so much inspiration because I’m kind of ahead of them to start with (because I don’t have as much to lose as some of them), so losing weight shouldn’t be as hard for me as it was for them.  In fact, many said it was easy!! 

How about that?  An easy way to lose weight!  Would you check it out if you wanted to lose weight?  You’d be an idiot not to!
