Snack idea – Apple, yogurt and walnuts

As I follow the Fit Yummy Mummy fat loss program, I know how essential it is to eat regularly, and at least 5 times per day.

But sometimes I struggle to come up with some healthy but also yummy snack ideas, so below is what I had for Meal #2 today:

Apple, yogurt and walnuts

1 apple
1 small tub of yogurt
1-2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts

Place chopped up apple in a bowl, then top with yogurt then the walnuts.
