Chicken breasts with mango salsa – YUMMO!

If you’ve been reading my other posts on this blog, you will know that to lose weight you’ve got to eat plenty of fresh, whole foods every day.

This means lean red meat, chicken, fish, fresh fruits and vegetables, and eggs and nuts for example.

Eating plain cooked chicken breast with salad or veggies is great for you, but not that tasty. I need flavour! And today I found the solution that is not only great for you, but it tastes great too!

This recipe is sure to turn the boring old chicken breast into a taste sensation!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Diced mango
  • Diced pineapple
  • Cilantro/Coriander
  • Lime juice
  • Chili powder

Combine it all and use it to top a piece of grilled chicken breast and ENJOY!
